Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor and observe changes in health status to ensure safety and well-being Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and care plans Provide safe transfer assistance for residents with limited mobility Maintain a clean and safe environment Document care activities accurately, update care plans regularly, and communicate effectively with family & healthcare teams Experience Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of patient care and support You must have verifiable references and pass a full background check Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information Hands-on experience using assistive devices and mobility equipment Proven ability to handle lifting safely and perform physically tasks required for caregiving roles Strong background in providing compassionate patient care You must be a licensed driver with your own transportation Join us to deliver exceptional home care that enriches lives!
