Job Description
Job Summary Now hiring an experienced Caregiver (minimum 5 years) to provide ADL and home health support to clients in the Royersford/Pottstown/Phoenixville area. Monday-Friday shifts and Weekend Day/Evening shifts are available with flexible scheduling options. Thema Caregivers make a difference by supporting older adults with activities of daily living, assisting with instrumental activities of daily living, and providing companionship. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years professional caregiving experience Must commit to at least 20 hours per month Reliable transportation Ability to perform personal care Strong communication and documentation skills Job Duties Assistance with transfers and mobility Assistance with bathing, grooming, and toileting Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry Implementing client care plans Transportation to appointments when necessary Documenting care notes Why work with Thema Home Care?
