r45202-18078 Job Description We are seeking a caring, dependable, and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our school team for the upcoming school year. This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of students while working as part of a supportive educational environment. Responsibilities Provide individualized support and assistance to students throughout the school day. Support students with personal care, daily living, mobility, and other needs as appropriate. Assist students in participating safely and successfully in classroom and school activities. Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, therapists, and school personnel. Follow student-specific care and educational plans. Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful environment for students. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working in a school setting preferred. Experience working with students with special education needs preferred. Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to support students with varying physical, developmental, and educational needs.
