Job Description

We are seeking passionate and dedicated infant caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment tailored specifically for infants. Your enthusiasm and expertise will foster developmental growth, emotional security, and curiosity in our youngest learners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working in a supportive and dynamic setting. Duties; Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social development based on childhood development principles. Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, routines, and needs, including feeding, diapering, and sleep schedules. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's milestones, daily experiences, and any concerns. Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to respond effectively to emergencies. Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement strategies that support emotional regulation and social skills. Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum enhancements and ensure a cohesive learning environment. Cleanliness and organization to provide a safe and nurturing environment. Qualifications; Prior experience working with infants in daycare centers, preschools, or similar childcare settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development stages and best practices for infant care. Certification in first aid, CPR, including pediatric first aid is required; ongoing training is mandatory. Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus. Demonstrated classroom management skills to create a nurturing yet structured environment. Current background checks and clearances or ability to obtain them. Mandated reporter training.
