Overview Please apply online at https://www.glucolodge.com/careers Gluco Lodge Personal Care Home is a 51-bed personal care home dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. Join our dedicated team as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), or in a similar caregiving role, where your compassion and skills make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals needing assistance with daily activities. You will be instrumental in promoting independence, safety, and well-being for those you serve, ensuring they receive respectful and attentive support every day.
Available Positions:
Part-time 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM (Second Shift) Includes every other weekend 2 Full-Time 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM (Third Shift) Includes every other weekend Per Diem (As Needed) Flexible shifts available Every other weekend 7:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM (First Shift) Every other weekend 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM (Second Shift) Every other weekend 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM (Third Shift) Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity and respect Prepare and assist with meals based on individual dietary needs Safely assist with mobility Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team Provide incontinence care and ensure residents are clean, dry, and comfortable Promote dignity, privacy, and independence during all care Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Encourage participation in activities and social interaction Support residents with dementia or memory care needs using patience and redirection techniques Qualifications Previous experience in personal care homes, assisted living, nursing homes, or home care preferred Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and memory care strongly preferred Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and HIPAA training are a plus Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring residents Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor Ability to work assigned schedule, including every other weekend Why Join Gluco Lodge?
