Position:

In-Home Caseworker We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to work with families involved with Berks County Children and Youth Services. In this role, you will provide support, guidance, and counseling to families in need, helping them overcome challenges and access resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-home support and counseling to families referred. Assess family needs and connect them with appropriate community resources. Provide counseling and guidance to strengthen family dynamics. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with agency partners. Conduct supervised visitation between children and parents, ensuring safety and documenting observations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Strong communication, documentation and organizational skills. Comfort working in homes and community settings. Ability to maintain professionalism in sensitive family situations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Part-time/Full-time position with flexible scheduling based on family needs. Work occurs in homes, community settings and agency offices. Some early evenings may be required for supervised visits. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
