In this role, you will provide hands-on support and companionship to individuals while helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities Provide daily living assistance and personal support as needed. Assist individuals with daily routines and activities. Provide companionship and encourage social engagement. Support individuals in maintaining a safe, comfortable environment. Follow individual care plans and organizational policies. Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members. Document services and report concerns appropriately. Promote dignity, respect, independence, and choice in all interactions. Qualifications Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous caregiving or direct-care experience is a plus, but training may be available for the right candidate. Must be dependable and committed to providing quality care.
