Reward Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide high-quality, person-centered care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. As a Caregiver you will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life by providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with everyday activities. Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene. Assist clients with ambulation, transfers, positioning, and mobility. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks. Provide companionship and emotional support. Escort clients to medical appointments, errands, and community activities. Remind clients to take pre-filled medications as directed by their care plan Follow each client's individualized care plan and document services provided. Observe and report changes in a client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervisor. Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year of home care, caregiving, or Home Health Aide experience preferred. Current Home Health Aide (HHA) training certificate or equivalent caregiving experience preferred. Ability to pass all required background screenings. Current 2-Step TB Test, TB Quantiferon Gold blood test, or chest X-ray. Reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional. Ability to safely assist clients with transfers, mobility, and activities of daily living.
