You select your availability and the families that fit your schedule Primary Focus The BCBA will provide caregiver training to parents and caregivers of children and adolescents receiving ABA services. Sessions are conducted through telehealth and focus on helping caregivers understand behavior, teach meaningful skills, promote independence, and confidently implement individualized strategies within everyday routines. Responsibilities Conduct individualized caregiver training sessions through telehealth Teach caregivers how to implement behavior support and skill acquisition strategies Collaborate with caregivers to identify meaningful and socially significant treatment goals Review client progress and analyze clinical data Modify treatment recommendations based on client and caregiver progress Develop practical strategies that families can use within their natural routines Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Coordinate with clinical team members when needed Maintain professional, ethical, and compassionate communication with families Follow payer requirements, company policies, and BACB ethical standards Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field Experience providing ABA services to children or adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities Strong caregiver coaching and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage documentation responsibilities Reliable internet connection and a private environment suitable for confidential telehealth services Familiarity with telehealth service delivery preferred Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred but not required Why Join Us?
