Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Caregiver Recruiter and Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in sourcing, recruiting, and managing relationships with qualified caregivers to ensure the delivery of exceptional care services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for high-volume recruitment efforts, building strong relationships with potential candidates, and coordinating the onboarding process to maintain a reliable and compassionate caregiving team. Duties Source and identify qualified caregiver candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and community networks. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from screening applications to conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective caregivers, fostering trust and engagement throughout the hiring process. Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and training for new caregivers to ensure smooth integration into the team. Handle high-volume recruitment demands efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and onboarding documentation in compliance with organizational policies. Support ongoing communication with caregivers to promote retention and job satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in high-volume recruitment or staffing coordination, preferably within healthcare or caregiving environments. Strong candidate sourcing skills utilizing multiple platforms and outreach methods. Excellent relationship management abilities with a focus on candidate engagement and retention. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professionalism and empathy. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software is preferred but not required. Pay:
