We're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Care Coordinator to serve as the vital link among our clients, their families, and our caregivers. Job Summary We are seeking warm, reliable, and dependable caregivers to provide non-skilled homemaker and companion care to seniors in their homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in helping others maintain their independence and quality of life through everyday support — not medical or clinical care. Caregivers work one-on-one with clients, building trusted relationships while assisting with daily living tasks, light housekeeping, and companionship. Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly companionship and engage clients in conversation, hobbies, and activities
• Assist with light housekeeping: tidying, laundry, dishes, and general home upkeep
• Prepare and serve meals according to client preferences and dietary needs
• Provide transportation and accompaniment to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Assist with grocery shopping and other errands
• Provide non-medical personal care support (e.g., dressing, grooming) as permitted by non-skilled scope
• Offer medication reminders (not administration)
• Monitor and report any changes in a client's condition, mood, or home environment to the Care Coordinator
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of visits and care provided
• Foster a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for each client This is a non-skilled role. Caregivers do not perform clinical or medical tasks (e.g., wound care, injections, medication administration, or other services requiring a licensed nurse or CNA). Qualifications
• Valid Florida driver's license, reliable clean vehicle, and current auto insurance- T he employee must have a valid driver's license to drive their personal vehicle or a company vehicle as required by the employer to various worksite locations.
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and genuine empathy for seniors
• Ability to work independently and use sound judgment in a client's home
• Basic literacy and ability to complete visit documentation (app-based)
• Prior caregiving, CNA, HHA, or related experience preferred but not required — compassion and reliability matter most Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light to heavy objects as needed to assist clients
• Ability to safely assist with transfers and mobility support (non-medical)
