Home Care Coach / Cleaning Team Lead Serein Manor | Seattle Eastside (Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Newcastle, Issaquah, Sammamish, Mecer Island etc.) You know what exceptional home care looks like—and you enjoy teaching others how to deliver it. Serein Manor is a boutique residential care company dedicated to creating calm, beautiful and impeccably cared-for homes. We're looking for an experienced Home Care Coach to help shape our founding team and bring our standards to life. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in meticulous cleaning, understands fine finishes and knows how to coach with patience, clarity and respect. Duties Lead our three-session training process: demonstrate, clean alongside new specialists, then observe and evaluate their work. Teach proper product selection, surface care, damage prevention and professional etiquette in private homes. Conduct detailed quality inspections and provide constructive feedback. Share progress and readiness recommendations with our founders. Help develop cleaning procedures and checklists, and support consistent quality in clients' homes. Skills Strong professional cleaning or housekeeping experience in luxury residences, private estates or high-end hospitality. Experience training, mentoring or supervising others. Knowledge of premium surfaces, delicate finishes and safe cleaning techniques. Reliability, discretion and clear, respectful communication. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between homes.
