Caregiver - Join Our Care Team! Job Summary Are you compassionate, dependable, and enjoy helping others? We are hiring Caregivers to join our growing team! As a Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes. Your goal is to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible while always treating them with dignity, respect, patience, and compassion. Responsibilities Depending on the client's individual care plan, responsibilities may include: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Provide companionship and social interaction Prepare meals and assist with meals when needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry Assist with mobility and walking Provide medication reminders Assist with errands and grocery shopping Provide transportation to approved appointments and activities when needed Observe and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior Complete required documentation accurately and on time Follow the client's individualized care plan Maintain a clean and safe environment Communicate with clients, families, and office staff professionally Protect client privacy and confidentiality Provide every client with dignity and respect Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older NO CNA required NO previous caregiving experience required Willingness to learn — we provide paid training and orientation Compassionate, patient, and respectful Dependable and punctual Strong communication skills Ability to follow instructions and an individualized care plan Must have reliable transportation Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance when required for the position Ability to complete required documentation Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening What We Offer Weekly Pay Paid Training Paid Orientation Paid Time Off (PTO) Mileage Reimbursement Health Insurance Bonuses Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Term Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Employee Referral Program Opportunities for advancement and growth Supportive team environment Start Your Caregiving Career With Us!
