Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, companionship, and support in a home or community setting. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor and record vital signs to ensure the health and well-being of clients. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Assist with medication reminders and ensure clients adhere to their prescribed care plans. Support clients with memory care techniques to enhance cognitive function. Lift and transfer clients safely as needed, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Foster a positive relationship with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Qualifications Previous experience in senior care, home community care, or memory care is preferred but not required. Knowledge of patient care techniques and ability to perform basic health assessments. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and assist clients with mobility needs. Cooking skills to prepare healthy meals that meet dietary restrictions. A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
