Barnwell The Homemaker plays a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in need, particularly those in their home environment. This position involves ensuring a safe, clean, and nurturing environment while assisting clients with daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client's rights and be committed to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve. Duties Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. Reporting any changes or concerns to appropriate staff members. ensuring adherence to care plans and housekeeping task . Previous experience in a caregiving role within the home setting is preferred. Knowledge of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others This position requires a compassionate individual dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of clients to ensure they remain in a clean and safe enviroment in the community.
