Job Description
Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the individual in need of assistance. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and companionship. This position requires a strong commitment to resident rights and dignity while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. 22hrs per week - flexible schedule. Weekdays are late afternoon/evening hours, weekends are flexible anytime hours. Potential Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist clients with mobility as needed. Monitor and record vital signs to ensure health and safety. Implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities. Uphold resident rights by promoting independence and dignity. Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and medication reminders. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Experience Previous experience in senior care, nursing homes, or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred. Familiarity with care plans and patient care protocols is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
