We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Personal Care Aides/Caregivers to provide quality in-home care and support to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Assist clients with mobility and transfers. Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed. Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying living areas. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with medication reminders. Accompany clients to appointments and community activities as needed. Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Qualifications Preferred Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care aide, home health aide, or CNA. High School Diploma or GED. CPR and First Aid Certification. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Required Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality. Ability to work independently and follow care plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass background screening. Compensation Pay:
