Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated private CNA with experience to be part of our team in Hilton Head Island Plantation. Hours are 30 to 40 Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights. 7PM-6:30 AM. Pay is $18 to 22 per hour depending on fit and experience. This position is fully paid and plays a vital role in maintaining residents' health and safety during overnight hours. Responsibilities Monitor overall condition throughout the night. Assist with personal care needs including toileting, hygiene, repositioning, and mobility support using appropriate patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts or manual handling techniques. Administer medications accurately according to care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations and resident rights. Conduct thorough patient observation to detect any changes or signs of distress promptly and document findings accurately. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and ensuring infection control protocols are followed diligently. Provide emotional support and companionship to resident, fostering a comforting atmosphere during overnight hours. Communicate effectively with team members, family members, and healthcare professionals regarding resident status and any concerns that arise during the shift.
