As a Flexible Caregiver , you will provide vital support and care to our clients in their private homes or facility settings, helping them live safely and comfortably with dignity and independence. About the Role As a Flexible Caregiver, you will: Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene Follow individualized care plans and monitor client health Provide medication reminders and support Offer companionship and emotional encouragement Ensure safety through mobility assistance and proper transfers Assist with meal prep and nutritional support Document care accurately and report changes to the office Collaborate with families, healthcare teams, and staff Why Work for Wellhaven Home Care?
