Requirements:

Schedule 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM, Monday-Friday High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license or reliable transportation Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Comfortable with technology and logging into and maneuvering through online portals to report care Adheres to At Home Palmetto's policies and is committed to act legally and ethically within the scope of work Eager to engage in constant process improvement to refine our tools and operations for improved care delivery Must pass drug and background screening. Must pass TB screening or have a valid screening within past 12 months

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment Assist with mobility and transfers as needed Remind clients to take medications as prescribed (no medication administration) Accompany clients to appointments or provide errands Report any changes in client's condition or concerns to supervisors Maintain accurate records of care provided and client's daily activities

$15.00 - $15.50 per hour
