Overview We are looking for a caring and reliable caregiver with reliable transportation who is looking to start immediately today! We have a client that needs 24 hour coverage. We are splitting the hours into 12hour shifts. 7a-7p and 7p-7a.

Whether supporting seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness, you will be a vital part of their daily routines and quality of life. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Support medication management by administering prescribed medications safely and accurately Utilize patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts or manual handling techniques to ensure safe mobility Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental health and reduce feelings of isolation Maintain detailed care plans, document patient progress, and communicate updates to healthcare teams effectively Requirements Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, or in senior care environments such as assisted living or nursing homes Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy Ability to perform patient observation, monitor vital signs, and recognize signs of medical emergencies Proficiency in basic caregiving skills including meal preparation, light cleaning, personal transportation assistance, and assisting with ADLs Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as hospice care, Alzheimer's/dementia care, or medication administration are a plus Experience working with residents with autism or intellectual disabilities is highly desirable Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and patient transfers safely Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation Join us in providing exceptional home-based care that enhances lives through dedicated support, compassion, and professionalism. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
