About the Role Comfort Keepers is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead growth across multiple home care territories. This role focuses on referral development, lead generation, and sales leadership . The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and has a passion for helping seniors live independently at home. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase qualified leads and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, and healthcare professionals. Lead, coach, and hold a sales team accountable for achieving lead and conversion goals. Track KPIs, analyze data, and implement strategies to drive continuous growth. Represent Comfort Keepers at networking events, health fairs, and community partnerships. Qualifications 5+ years of sales management or business development experience (healthcare or senior care preferred). Proven track record of exceeding lead generation and revenue goals. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. CRM proficiency and ability to manage performance metrics. Bachelor's degree preferred.
