Duties Provide attentive care for children of various ages, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children with different behavioral backgrounds. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development Ensure safety by supervising children at all times and applying behavior management techniques to encourage positive conduct Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, activities, and any concerns Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary to ensure the health and safety of children Support Seniors and individuals with special needs with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap times Follow mandated reporting laws by accurately documenting any incidents or concerns related to the clients welfare Experience Prior experience working with children or adults with autism Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience caring for disabled and aging adults with patience and enthusiasm Familiarity with activity planning tailored to different age groups to foster engagement and learning Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents or guardians about children's needs and progress Experience working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed Join our team as a Caregiver where your dedication can inspire growth while advancing your career in nurturing care!
