Duties Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to clients with diverse needs. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Monitor patients' health by observing symptoms, and reporting changes to healthcare professionals. Support clients with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and patient transfer methods ensuring safety at all times. Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being. Transport clients safely within their community for appointments, errands, or social outings using personal transportation assistance. Skills Proven experience working with individuals in senior care environments such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams regarding care plans. Competence in cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
