Role:

Trusted Vessels Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team in Effingham, SC. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their home environment Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors Accompany clients to appointments or errands as required Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in compliance with agency standards

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Personal Care Aide, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred Genuine compassion, patience, and respect for elderly and disabled individuals Ability to follow care plans and take direction from healthcare supervisors Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to pass a background check and drug screening CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
