Part-Time | Evening Shift (4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.) Job Summary Countryside Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Resident Assistant to join our evening team. This position plays an important role in helping residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable evening by assisting with personal care, meal service, housekeeping, and daily routines. Much of your shift will be spent working independently, but you'll also be part of a caring team that supports one another and works together to provide exceptional care for our residents. Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with evening routines, including personal care, dressing, and showering
• Safely remove compression stockings (TED hose) as needed
• Assist with serving the evening meal and creating a pleasant dining experience
• Help with meal cleanup and dining room preparation
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including tidying resident and common areas
• Assist with laundry as needed
• Respond promptly and respectfully to resident requests for assistance
• Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to nursing staff
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
• Follow all infection control, safety, and resident rights policies
• Work cooperatively with nurses and fellow team members to provide outstanding resident care Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in caregiving, housekeeping, food service, or customer service is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient with a genuine desire to serve seniors
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
