Duties Provide attentive care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that foster learning, creativity, and social development Ensure the safety and supervision of children during playtime, outings, naps, and daily routines Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates on their child's progress and well-being Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary to ensure safety in emergency situations Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing tailored care Maintain a clean, organized environment that encourages positive behavior management and childhood development Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or children with disabilities or special needs Familiarity with behavior management techniques and activity planning for young children Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and abuse prevention Certification in first aid and CPR from recognized organizations is highly preferred Classroom experience or youth program teaching experience is advantageous but not required Join us to empower young minds through compassionate caregiving!
