Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, and social development Follow established routines for feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene to support consistent daily schedules Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns or updates Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment that adheres to health and safety standards Apply child development principles to support emotional regulation and behavioral management in infants Collaborate with team members to plan educational activities aligned with early childhood education best practices Skills Proven experience working with infants or young children in daycare, childcare centers, or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development stages and age-specific needs of infants Certification in pediatric first aid and CPR to ensure quick response in emergencies Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and abuse prevention Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration Ability to manage classroom routines with patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Demonstrated skills in behavior management and classroom management techniques tailored for infants Join us in creating a nurturing environment where infants can flourish!
