Job Description

Provide direct care and behavioral support to students with developmental disabilities. Schedule-Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and document behavior support plans and student goals. Observe, redirect, and respond appropriately to challenging behaviors. Build positive relationships while promoting independence and skill development. Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate behavior-related concerns to supervisors. Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for all students. We prefer candidates with some experience, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication.
What we need from you:
Valid driver's license required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions). At least 2 years of experience managing challenging behaviors preferred. RBT certification preferred. Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients.
