Job Description
Job Summary-Current need is night shift 7p-7a We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team for Assisted Living and Memory Care. In this role, you will provide essential support to residents with physical decline as well as those with dementia. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, and fostering a supportive environment that promotes dignity and respect. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life. Monitor and document vital signs as needed, ensuring accurate records are maintained in EMR systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident living areas and common spaces. Experience Previous experience in senior care settings such as assisted living, nursing homes, or memory care facilities is preferred. Familiarity with caregiving practices including dementia care, long-term care experience, and home & community care is highly desirable. Knowledge of first aid procedures and basic medical terminology is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
