Benefits & Perks Competitive pay: $15-$17 per hour One-on-one care: Dedicated client assignments Flexible scheduling: Create a schedule that works for you Supportive workplace: A welcoming, family-oriented team environment Nurse-owned and operated: Leadership that understands quality care Competitive compensation: Opportunities for performance-based bonuses What You'll Do As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll help seniors maintain their independence and enjoy a better quality of life by: Providing personal care and assistance that allows clients to remain safely at home Helping with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, and companionship Assisting with mobility, including walking, transfers, and range-of-motion activities Providing medication reminders and keeping your supervisor informed of important client observations or concerns Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment Encouraging meaningful social interaction through conversation, games, reading, puzzles, hobbies, and other activities clients enjoy Join Interim HealthCare and make a difference—one client, one day, and one meaningful moment at a time. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: High school diploma or equivalent At least one month of healthcare experience preferred Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation A caring, dependable attitude with strong communication skills Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds Why Work for Interim HealthCare?
