Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care - Hendersonville is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to join our growing team in Hendersonville, TN. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their own homes. If you have a passion for helping others and want a career that truly matters, we want to hear from you! We have a client who will need care 12 hours a day, 7 days a week .

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities Document and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements:

Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
