Med Tech Roles What You'll Do:
As a Day Shift Caregiver, you'll play a key role in helping residents begin their day with dignity, comfort, and confidence . Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility Help residents enjoy meals and stay engaged throughout the day Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Participate in resident activities and promote social engagement Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to provide exceptional care Foster a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for residents and their families
What We're Looking For:
Caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred, but not required Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to pass a drug screen, TB test, and background check Ready to Grow Your Career? If you're a CNA with an active license and qualifying experience, you may be eligible for our Med Tech Program.
