Flexible Schedule | Paid Training | Supportive Team Environment Home Instead is hiring compassionate Caregivers to serve seniors throughout Johnson City, Greeneville, Elizabethton, Erwin, Jonesborough, and surrounding East Tennessee communities. If you enjoy helping others and want meaningful work with a flexible schedule, we would love to meet you. Whether you have professional caregiving experience or are completely new to the field, our team provides the training and support you need to succeed. No professional caregiving experience is required — paid training is provided.

What You'll Do:
As a Home Instead Care Professional, you may:- Provide companionship and conversation
- Assist with meal preparation
- Help with light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands
- Support seniors living with Alzheimer's or dementia
Qualifications:
- Compassionate and dependable
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 18 years old Experience in caregiving, CNA, healthcare, home health, senior care, hospitality, retail, food service, childcare, or customer service is helpful but not required.
