What You'll Do Depending on the senior's individual needs, caregivers may help with: Companionship and conversation Meal preparation Light housekeeping Transportation to appointments, errands, and outings Bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance Mobility and daily routines Medication reminders Dementia and Alzheimer's support Helping seniors remain safe and independent at home What We're Looking For Our caregivers must: Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Be willing and able to travel to clients' homes Pass required background screening Be authorized to work in the United States Be dependable, patient, compassionate, and comfortable working independently Communicate effectively with clients and our local care team Professional caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required . Experience caring for a parent, spouse, relative, friend, or neighbor can be valuable too.
