Job Description

Duties Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Facilitate patient transfer methods using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and manual handling techniques for safe mobility Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' well-being and mental health Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, patient observations, and adherence to resident's rights and privacy standards Requirements Experience working with individuals with disabilities, developmental or intellectual disabilities, or in senior care environments such as assisted living or nursing homes Knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders is highly desirable Familiarity with patient transfer methods, manual handling, CPR, first aid certification, and home health safety protocols Strong communication skills for client interaction and coordination with healthcare teams Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for caregiving duties valid CPR/First Aid certification required or obtainable upon hire Embark on a rewarding career where your caregiving expertise fosters independence and improves quality of life. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 - 8.0 per week
