Monitor health status by observing changes in physical or emotional condition and communicate updates promptly to family members or healthcare professionals. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Manage emergency situations calmly and effectively, including administering first aid or contacting emergency services when necessary. Maintain detailed records of care provided, daily activities, and any incidents to ensure continuity and quality of service. Respect client privacy and uphold confidentiality at all times while fostering a positive, respectful relationship. Skills Demonstrated compassion with excellent interpersonal skills to connect genuinely with clients of all ages. Strong communication skills to effectively listen, follow instructions, and report observations clearly.
