Job Description

Caregiver (Part-Time) - Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD)

Location:

Mt. Juliet, TN Willow Grace Homecare is looking for a compassionate and dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one support for an adult male with an intellectual disability. This is a part-time position working Wednesday through Friday for approximately 20-24 hours per week. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, person-centered care. Assist with community outings, recreational activities, and social events. Encourage independence and community participation. Provide companionship and meaningful engagement. Ensure the client's safety and well-being during all activities. Document services as required. Qualifications Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance. Ability to pass a background check. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous caregiving or direct support experience is preferred but not required. A caring, patient, and engaging personality. What We Offer Flexible, consistent weekly schedule.
