Middle Tennessee's premier Adult Day Services company is continuing to expand and is searching for a Caregiver/Activities Assistant for its Murfreesboro location! Come join Murfreesboro's premier program to allow individuals to live in their own home for their entire life. Our program is only open during the day, during the week, so no nights or weekend shifts are needed! Duties include but are not limited to: Leading group activities, feeding assistance, personal care and bathroom assistance, light cleaning, working with caregivers and the elderly, and other similar duties within the center. Potential candidates could provide driving services to center members with company vehicles with addition of F endorsement on driver's license and completed training. Potential candidates must have a positive attitude, an exemplary verified work history, and be compassionate to the elderly and the disabled. Candidates must also have a valid identification (drivers license or state ID) and dependable transportation, and the ability to pass a full criminal background check. A high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience working with the elderly and disabled (or valid CNA), and the ability to work well with others is preferred, however no experience is required and training is paid for new employees. Part time work is also available working with individuals in their homes one on one. Pay will vary depending on experience. Benefits available to all full time employees. On site training program is paid work and additional online training programs are available to employees with bonuses in excess of $4,000 per person.
