Nashville, TN and surrounding areas Job Summary We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers to provide quality in-home care and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and help improve their overall quality of life while allowing them to remain safely in their homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding when needed Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishes, and tidying living spaces Assist with medication reminders Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities as needed Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Follow individualized care plans and company policies Qualifications Previous caregiving, CNA, DSP, home health, or healthcare experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
