Now hiring 1st shift every other Saturday, Sunday and one shift during the weekday. We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents in our assisted living community. This role involves assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment. We are currently hiring weekend day shifts for every other weekend and one shift during the week, with opportunities to pick up additional hours and PRN coverage during the week as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and mobility. Promote independence while ensuring safety and well-being. Uphold residents' rights, privacy, and dignity. Assist with meal service, ensuring food safety and hygiene. Engage residents in social and recreational activities. Collaborate with nursing and care staff for individualized support. Monitor and document residents' health status and report concerns.
Qualifications:
Experience in assisted living or senior care (preferred). Proficiency in ADLs and behavior management. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Basic knowledge of food safety and infection control.
