Job Summary Join our dedicated team as an In Home Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring personalized care and support. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate assistance with daily activities, health monitoring, and emotional well-being, ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and valued within their own homes. Your energy, empathy, and attention to detail will foster independence and enhance quality of life for those you serve. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor patients' vital signs and observe for any changes in health or behavior, documenting findings accurately to inform care plans Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when required Administer medications safely following prescribed instructions while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy Support clients with cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease through memory care techniques and patient observation Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to promote overall well-being Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that address specific needs and goals Qualifications Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of patient care procedures including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and assisted mobility techniques Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are required; additional training in dementia or Alzheimer's care is advantageous Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed for patient support Strong communication skills to effectively observe, report, and collaborate with team members and families Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and respecting client confidentiality at all times Join us in providing exceptional home care that empowers individuals to live healthier, happier lives. $15.68 per hour
