Job Description

Position Summary Harmony Health is seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to support an elderly member in their home. The ideal candidate is patient, trustworthy, and experienced working with seniors. The home is non-smoking and pet-free.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, meals, light housekeeping, shopping, community access) Support individualized goals outlined in the ISP Monitor medications per company policy Provide transportation as needed Maintain documentation and daily notes Promote safety, dignity, and independence at all times Requirements 18+ years old Clear background check Strong communication skills Compassionate and dependable Valid driver's license preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred CPR certification a plus About Harmony Health Harmony Health is a Tennessee-based provider serving adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities.
