Waynesboro, TN Job Summary:
Delta Homecare - Tennessee is seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team in Waynesboro, TN. As a Caregiver, you will provide non-medical in-home services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes. Responsibilities:
Provide non-medical in-home services, including: Companionship Light housework, such as sweeping, mopping, and laundry Meal assistance, including cooking and dishes Assisting clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and using the restroom Medication reminders Weekly errand running, including grocery shopping and banking Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families Document client care activities and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
Proven experience as a caregiver Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Respectful and compassionate attitude Good time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong ethics Physical endurance
