As a Caregiver in our assisted living community, you will play an important role in ensuring our residents receive the care and support they deserve.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene. Providing compassionate care, companionship, and emotional support to our residents. Assisting residents with mobility and ensuring their safety and comfort. Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health, behavior, or overall condition to the appropriate team members. Following individual care plans and facility policies to provide consistent, quality care. Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. Working collaboratively with the nursing team and fellow caregivers to meet residents' needs. Treating every resident with dignity, respect, patience, and kindness. Your dedication and compassion can make a meaningful difference in the lives of the seniors we serve. Flexible PRN Shift Opportunities We are seeking a PRN Caregiver who is available to work various shifts as needed.

1st

Shift:

6:00 AM

•2:00 PM 2nd

Shift:

2:00 PM

•10:00 PM 3rd

Shift:

10:00 PM

•6:00 AM The ability to work different shifts based on staffing needs is preferred. PRN scheduling will be based on facility needs and your availability. Qualified candidates should have:

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, if required by facility policy. Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred. The ability to follow instructions, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain resident safety. Basic computer skills and the ability to complete required documentation. A dependable, professional, and positive attitude.
