About the Role As a Personal Caregiver at SYNERGY HomeCare of Tyler, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our clients. You will provide personal care services that promote independence, dignity, and well-being, while fostering meaningful relationships with our clients. Your dedication and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our clients and their families. Responsibilities Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, according to client needs and preferences Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry Promote client independence by encouraging and supporting their ability to perform daily tasks Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals Document client information and progress, as required Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain current knowledge and skills Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with seniors , preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients, as needed Reliable transportation and valid driver's license How to Apply If you share our passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact in people's lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
