Care Giver Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to clients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders according to care plans. Maintain a clean and safe home environment through light housekeeping, laundry, and organization. Monitor and document clients health status and report any changes to supervisors or nurses promptly. Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and respectful relationship with clients and their families. Follow established care plans and adhere to Rosemary Health LLC-Rosemary House policies and protocols. Maintain confidentiality and protect client privacy at all times. Participate in ongoing training and development as required.
