This is a great opportunity for someone reliable, committed, and compassionate. The client is ready to start services immediately. Client will need the caregiver to provide pick up/ drop off from a community center on three days of the week.

Schedule:

Client needs someone during late afternoon/evening, preferred schedule is 4p to 8p with some flexibility on the days and time.

Availability:

Evening weekday availability with some flexibility for the right caregiver.

Setting:

Care in the client's home.

Client Condition:

Care will be for an elderly male with dementia.
