Professional Caregiver

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled, and professional caregiver to provide dedicated support to elderly clients in their homes and care settings. The ideal candidates are patient, attentive, and well-presented, with a strong commitment to preserving dignity, independence, and quality of life for seniors. This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel to various client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to different client homes and adapt to varying care needs Provide personalized care to elderly clients based on individual care plans Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor physical and emotional well-being and report any changes Assist with medication reminders or administration (if certified) Provide companionship and meaningful engagement to reduce isolation Support meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience in elder care, home care, or a related field Strong understanding of age-related conditions (such as dementia, mobility limitations, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and respectful demeanor Valid Drivers License with reliable transportation and willingness to travel Ability to handle sensitive situations with patience, empathy, and discretion Relevant certifications (CNA, HHA, CPR/First Aid) preferred

Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if needed Strong sense of responsibility and dependability Ability to build trust and rapport with elderly clients and their families Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to care Calm, compassionate, and client-focused attitude

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience, certifications, and availability.

Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
