Job Description

Job Overview Brock Country Day is hiring infant teachers for part-time and full-time positions, with immediate openings available. We are looking for dependable, nurturing individuals who will provide loving and attentive care while maintaining a safe and engaging environment for our littlest learners. Responsibilities Provide attentive, compassionate care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times Assist in monitoring infants' health and safety, including administering first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Follow all mandated reporting laws to report any concerns regarding child safety or well-being Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment adhering to health and safety standards Support classroom management by guiding behavior with positive reinforcement techniques and consistent routines Requirements Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific caregiving practices Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children Ability to manage classroom activities with patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Previous nannying or babysitting experience working with young children is highly valued Join our team to help shape the early experiences of children while enjoying a supportive work environment that values your skills and dedication. Pay:
